Yes, it can be customized size.

Our MOQ is 500pcs.

Sure. Usually, we charge 3 times sale price as sample fee, and sample charge will be refund when you place 

order.We send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL. Customer undertake freight. 

5. How long is the sample lead time?

It takes 7 days if we have storage for the color you choose. If you do a new color or you want to do a new style stool we don’t make before, it will take about 15 days.

6.How long is the production lead time?

Whether urgency, it depend on quantity, usually 30-40 days. WHY SO LONG TIME? 

1. Material need to order from rattan factory. It need 15 days. 

2. Our product are 100% handmade.

3. Electrowelding and paint frame also need time, so lead time is30-40 days.

    If you are urgency,we'll try our best to arrange production for you.

7.How many colors are available?

We have own color atla. We can send to you for your reference.

Also, you can just tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. However, our color atla color aredoing many times, so there is only a little color difference. So I recommend you choose color from our color

atla.

8.Which kinds of certificate do you have?

SGS and BV. Our quality can meet European & USA standard.

9. How to packaging the product?

The product will be packed with export carton or customized carton

10. What's the shipping term you quote?

You need FOBSh enzhen or CIF(Destination Port).

11.Where is your factory? Can I visit your factory?

Sure! Our factory is in Bobai city, Guangxi province. Longan is famous city for weave craft.
