This series impact crusher is divided into: two champers and three chambers two series, can handle a variety of side length of not more than 500mm, not more than 250Mpa compressive strength of coares, medium and fine materials(granite, limestone, concrete, etc.) When working in the motor driven, high-speed rotation of the rotor, the rotor material into the sheet after the impact hammer crusher, and then back onto the liner broken again, and finally through the discharge port. Unique aircraft structure, seamless connectivity, high chrome hammer sheet, a unique back liner: simplified crushing process, energy efficient; finished cuboid; nestinf particle size can be adjusted. Its widely used in electricity, water, highway, artificial aggregates, ore crushing industry.

Impact Crusher Main Parts :
Impact Crushing is made up of first stage impact curtain with anvils,impact curtain adjusting rods, second stage impact curtain with anvils, rotor, blow bar ,wedge lock assembly, back-up bar, discharge opening,third stage impact plate and so on.
The impact crusher uses plate hammer on the rapidly rotating rotor to generate high-speed impact to crush the materials in the crushing cavity, and casts the crushed materials along tangential direction to impact plate at the other end of the crushing cavity. The materials are crushed again, and then, they return to the plate hammer to undergo the process above repeatedly.
The materials are bumping with each other when being sent between the plate hammer and the impact plate. The materials become cracked, loose and then comminuted by knocking by the plate hammer, impact with impact plate and bump between materials. The materials with grain size smaller than the gap between impact plate and plate hammer will be discharged.
