Description

Aluminum bottles rinser-filler-capper monobloc of Tech-Long catered to its special requirements. This kind of rinser-filler-capper monobloc applies flow meters, which can meet the high filling accuracy, multiple bottle change overs.
Features
1. Quick Change over
Rinser and filler can rise up and down automatically and equip with quick installed star wheels and guide rails. Compared with common filler, it reduces 70% of change over time.
2. Hot filling technology with flow meter
It applies flow meters to control the filling level. Machine structure is compact, filling valves are very simple. There is no inside recirculation during the filling. When recirculation is needed, open the fake cup; when filling condition is reached, it will fill. It reduces the recirculation of the raw materials, save the cost for customers.
3. Nitrogen dosing in hot filling products
Liquid nitrogen piping system applies vacuum laminated pliability pipe, interrelated valves and static vacuum isolated pipe. The nitrogen doser can dose liquid nitrogen continuously or drop by drop.
4. Hygienic Door Frame
The base of machine is inclined plane and the posts are vertical, which are easy to clean and prevent the breeding of bacteria on surface. The window are sealed, which prevent the contaminated air outside and keep the positive pressure inside of the machine. The doors apply laminated tempered glass, which is durable and safe.
5,Bottle Neck Rinsing Device
Sector nozzles can adjust the height, which will applicable for different bottle size.
6,Brand new electrical control system
There are sensors in different inspection station, any error, it will alarm.
