Back Sides Sealing Automatic Blueberry Sauce Packaging Machine
1.ND-J320 is Automatic Blueberry Sauce Packing Machine ,include three
types (ND-J320I,ND-J320II,ND-J320III).
2. The machine autocratically finish the function of bag making, measuring,
filling,sealing, code, counting etc.
3. Packing material are heat-sealed composite membrane coils, lower cost than
other materials.
4. Using plunger pump measuring and filling materials,changing the volume of
product by adjust the plunger lift,then fill into the bags,error keeps within 1%.
At last,finish the bags through former and horizontal & vertical sealer.
5. Suit for packing paste product that volume around 5-300ml.
6. Machine can pack continuous bags,and cut off the bag when a certain number.
7. Easy tear function can be added as customer's requirement.
Automatic Paste Packing Machine Features:
1. Measuring system adopt piston pump measuring system, which is used to
adjust material content during operation of the machine.
2. Adopt Delta/Siemens PLC or Micro computer and touchable screen,
Chinese and English surface.
3. Equipped with Schneider frequency converter, just input number to change
the whole speed, easy for operation.
4. Use double heating tubes to guarantee stable temperature and perfect sealing
surface, intelligent temperature controller, and stable color mark tracking system,
increase the cutting precision.
5. All the work of bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting, counting,
heat-printing codes can be done automatically.
6. High output 3000-5000 bag/hour,good labor and power saver. the continuous
running make it very high efficiency.
