A : For most of the product, we have sample in stock,sample can be sent out to you

within 1 week.

2. Q : What is the payment terms for sample cost and order amount?

A : For sample, we accept the payment sent by West Union,Paypal, for orders, we can

accept T/T and L/C at sight payment.

3. Q : Can the logo or company name to be printed on the products or package?

A : Sure.Your logo or company name can be printed on your products or package by

printing,etching,or sticker, MOQ: 2000pcs/each model.

4. Q : Can we change color of the product?

A : Yes,please discuss with us.

5. Q : Can we print some pattern on the product?

A : Pattern can be printed on most of our product. Different pattern,printing cost are

different, MOQ is also different. Please send us the pattern you want to discuss.

6. Q : Can you help us to design our package?

A : We have professional designer that can help you to design beautiful product

package for your product.

7. Q : Can you help us to develope our own product?

A : OEM project is welcome, we have professional workshop for doing OEM project.

8. Q : How can you guarantee quality of your product?

A : Quality is our life!

1) For every SS vacuum finished product, should have passed more than 1 hundred

time of inspection, because QC checking on each production process.

2) For vacuum test, we would do 3 times 100& check.

3) For every finished S/S vacuum flask, we woud do 1 month vacuum resistance test

4) In order to ensure product with steady vacuum performance, we keep 1 millian

pieces of vaccum body in stock.

9. Q : Can we order small qty for trial order?

A : Yes,we are accept.Mostly according to our production schedule.
