Specifications
We can offer two kinds of die, including tool steel and hard alloy(as per user demand), with cooling system and high speed.
1.Our roller die is used in Flux cored welding wire prodcution. For FCW wire, it can make the mouth/gap more closed and can obviously decrease the usage of lubricants to just 10% comparing with using the traditional drawing die. The quanlity of FCW can be noticeably improved.
2.Good forming ability and deformation distribution which decreases drawing force are proposed in roller dies drawing.

Min.diameter of outgoing wire: 1.2mm
Reduction rate of one group: 9~11% (absolute value: 0.08~0.10mm)
Max groups combined: 5 groups
Cooling media: water
Roller die material : two kinds of die may be offered , tool steel and hard alloy (as per user demand), The four slices forms a group with cooling system with high speed
