It's popular to filling and sealing of dairy product, bean products (Japanese tofu), seasoning, cleaning products, fruit drinks.The air-free pressure filling of preformed bag by this machine is a popular liquid packaging form in international packaging industry at present, featuring novel form, diverse modeling, secure sealing and convenient use, etc. The machine is widely used in the air-free filling and sealing of dairy product, bean products (Japanese tofu), seasoning, cleaning products, fruit drinks and other liquid or semi-liquid to prevent secondary pollution.
Features:
- The machine features human-machine interface and PLC control system, with Chinese and English display, intuitive operation and low fault rate;
- The quantitative system is controlled by computer system. Therefore, the measurement of liquid volume can be changed by directly controlling the digits on computer screen, thus avoiding the instability in mechanical quantification;
- The sealing is controlled by intelligent temperature controller, providing accurate temperature control. A single cylinder is applied to control the pressure and independent. Sealing gives more even pressure and more secure seal;
- The machine is designed with two working positions and eight heads for filling, therefore saving labors and improving the efficiency. Except for manual bagging, the filling, sealing and unloading are all finished automatically.
