Storage Tank strictly follow the Article 31, 32 of GMP general rules “Good Manufacturing Practice” (Revised in 2010),, and according to the "pressure vessels" (GB150 - 2011), "steel welded normal pressure vessel (with standard definition)" (NB/T 47003.1 - 2009) requirements for the design, manufacture and acceptance. Storage Tanks usually adopt vertical circular tank body, the top is standard elliptic or torispherical head,the bottom is standard conical,torispherical or elliptic head, inner wall of tank body transition section adopts circular arc transition, no dead corner, easy to clean; Single layer, double layer (tank body and the bottom head is equipped with insulation layer) or jacket type (tank body and the bottom head is equipped with the jacket and insulation layer),It can be customized for customers,tank inner wall are mirror polished, can realize the CIP and SIP, meet the GMP standard. Usually Storage Tank structure is vertical structure or horizontal structure, it also can be designed in square and circular shapes accoding to customers' requirements; Configuration of mechanical mixing.
