According to customer’s situation, no steam resource, have single phase electric and gas system, we offer a suitable solution accordingly as below:
Use a gas heating cooking kettle to heat the milk to a suitable temp, and keep a period of time, than pump the high temp milk to a jacketed cooling tank to reduce the milk temp.
