Jacketed kettle catalogue

Jacketed kettles are used to cook or concentrate products. Heat enters a jacket that surrounds the bowl-shaped processing chamber, and being transferred through the walls of the jacket. It is also called jacketed pan, or jacketed pot, also, you can call it as a cooking pan, or cooking kettle.
