• We get discounted freight tariff from FEDEX due to volume of business we do with FEDEX. This discounted freight tariff is passed on to our customers. Also we can get from them SPOT RATES depending upon order volume.
• Buyer is aware of total cost to him in courier mode & therefore no surprises & more satisfaction

We accept payment via fiollowing methods

1)  Bank TT (also called bank transfer or Wire) --prefered method for sending payment, being safe  and most cost effective.

2) Paypal-We can accept it for smaller order. In case of payment by PAYPAL, following condition apply

PAYPAL normally donot charge sender for making payment but charges beneficiary. In case of international payment, this cost  as PAYPAL  fee/charges for us is  6.90% . We share 50% of PAYPAL charges with our buyers.

In case buyer choose us  to ship using FEDEX/DHL, we take transit insurance provided by FEDEX/DHL. So in case of any loss during transit, our buyers are covered of all risks.

NORMALLY, ALL OUR BRASS CRAFT  STATUE SHIPMENTS ARE COVERED FOR TRANSIT  INSURANCE PROVIDED  BY FEDEX/DHL WHICH HELPS US TO SETTLE CLAIMS WITH THEM IN CASE OF ANY DAMAGE TO OUR CRAFT PIECES.
