The inner of the fermentation tank are adopted 304 stainless steel. Use polyurethane as insulating layer. The outside scarfskin is according to the customers' requirement. Adopted the international standards of fermentation technology, diverse methods to control the temperature, the inner surface of the tank are mirror-polished. Completely meet the demanding of PLC and sterilize system. The cooling jacket can achieve all countries standard, supply Miller, arch, corrugated plate and so on to meet all kinds of cooling technology of coolant and pressure.
The dimpled stainless steel Fermentation tanks are widely applied in food dairy,brewing,pharmacy,fine chemical engineering and biological engineering industry.
Fermentation tanks can be used to mix and store liquid material in pharmacy, foodstuff, beverage, dairy, chemical as well as other callings, can put steam or cooled water into jacket to make material stay in best temperature, adopted fully-sealed non-leakage mixer can avoid materials deposition, and the drive part adopts mechanical sealing to guarantee zero pollution, so that it is a first-choice equipment for injection, consistency prescription of large transfusion medicine liquid. With advantages of high efficiency, convenient operation, etc., and it is equipped with automatic rotary nozzle inside the tank to ensure thorough cleaning, besides, it adopts SUS304 or 316L stainless steel and carries out mirror polishing processing, accords with GMP standard.
