The supercriticalCO2 fluid extraction device was designed,first class extraction technique home and broad at present.
A.Brief Instroduction:
1.The extraction pressure can reach as high as 40Mpa. Extraction, separating and distillation temperature (indoor) can reach 80oC.The above mentioned data can be adjusted by the user.
2.Designed with one(1-24L) or several extraction pots (24-1000L) and separating pots integration.
3.Extraction and separating pots are of compact structure,easy to use,convenient to load and unload raw materials,
with a strong antifatigue capability and safe in use.It can be made according to the customer's need. Large equipment are fitted with safety chain device.
4.Sample can be obtained on line during operation and the extracted fluid sample can be analyzed to determine the elements content. CO2 can be used calculatedly and its flow volume can be indicated by flow meter.
5.Temperature in different section is show by digital or meter control system, which is easy to operate and control. Pressure double safety-guard device are formed with safety valves and anti-explosion pieces. Computer control system can be provided if necessary.
6.The whole equipment is made of stainless steel, attractive and durable. It is the ideal equipment for food and pharmaceutical industry. The technique of making some relevant agent will also be attached.
