Our beer brewery equipments are designed and made to meet for ISO9001-2000 Standard, meet GMP Standard,CE certificate,covering a wide range of production and process application, offering series of equipments with different grade, configuration,dimension.
Application: middle and small size drinkery,beer bar,and small size of beer factory,
Material: SUS304-2B finish polishing.
Construction: malt tank , filtration tank, hot water tank, balance tank
Configure: Work platform, agitator system, control panel, heating and cooling water tank, plate heat exchanger, balance tank, pump, valve and pipe system
Including the equipment of Mash mixer,lauter tun,brew kettle,bright beer tank etc..
Combination: mash filter tank combination, boiling heat water tank sedimentation tank.
Finalize the design specifications: 7 BBL, 10 BBL, 15 BBL, 20 BBL;
Other will be to design and manufacture according to your demand.
Configuration and description-
saccharification filter tank combined hot water tank, the upper saccharification filter tank, lateral jacket, plow comes bad device;Lower heat water tank, lateral jacket.
boil precipitation tank:side and bottom of the jacket, inside the heater (optional)
operation platform: all adopt high quality stainless steel 304
pump/heat exchanger pipe system control cabinet/manual/secondary steam valve cooling system (optional)
