what is 10000L fermenter?
10000Lfermenter is main used in beer brewery, it can be individually temperature controlled through glycol jackets and are mostly equipment with accessories such as pressure relief valve, CIP cleaning jet, sanitary sample valve, manhole, etc..
How is the fermenter used?
Beer fermenter equipment is used both for fermentign and lagering. Fermenting is the process during which the yeast transforms the wort into beer. Lagering takes place after fermenting and is the time given to the beer to stabilize and age after fermenting.
