The filter cloth as our patent product is specially applied to the hprizontal-belt filter press,which is made of special yarns and woven technics.With good resistance to alkali,acid and adequate strength,thickness,tightness and perfect dimensional stability,the products areusde in various industries.
1Filter Belt
Mainly applied to the belt filter,Manufactured with special raw materials and weaving technic,the colths have good resistent to both acid and alkali,and the dimensional stability is perfect of the special of the strength,tightness,thickness and etc.
2Monofilament Filter Cloth
Monofilament filter cloth is a new type of filter cloth weaved by monofilament,which has good air and water permeability.They have the good ability to prevent the granules from blocking in the fabrics and the filter cakes can be peeled off easily,therefore,they can be used time after time.Mainly applied to belt filters,other products can be applied to plate and frame,recessed and centrrfugal filter presses.
3Polypropylene Filter Cloth
The polypropylene filter cloth includes the products made of the polypropylene filament and spun-fiber yarms,which has good resistance to strong alkali and strong acis except the chlorosulfonic acid and the comcenrtated nitric acid.
4Polyester Filter Cloth
The polyester filter cloth includes the products made of the polester filament and the polyester,spun-fiber yarns,which has good resistance to strong acids and weak alkali but is degraded quickly in strong alkali polyester is steady in light cincentration mineral acid under low temperature,but dissolves in oil of vitriol and heated cresol.
