This machine adopts programmable controller(PLC) match touching screen to realize the man-machine interface dialogue.
Every process is design demanded to accurate control by PLC, every circle are all according to the packaging process adjusted at the man-machine interface to set up.
The whole machine has automatic rectify a decimation meter, multi-times kill bacteria, calculate exactly, sealing healthy and firmly, main parts are all made by stainless steel, matching the food hygiene request. Specially suitable for the big bag packaging.
This machine is consist of 4 control system parts:
(1). Automatic rectify a decimation control system.
(2). Feeding film control system.
(3). Hot sealing, cutting film execute system.
(4). Filling water contol system.
The Feature of Bag Drinking Water:
The volume of bag drinking water is 2 gallons/bag, have many good point, such as drink period short, water is fresh, transport convenience, seal up is good, guarantee time is long, safe and healthy. It is better than the barrel container drinking water.
The advantage of bag drinking water:
1. Package is small, change is easy, common family can change it themselves.
2. Guarantee time is long, water is fresh.
3. Disposable use, no exsits the crosses pollution.
4. No exsits the fales and inferior water(barrel drinking water can artificial concoct).
5. Package healthy, safty, reliable(many barrels exsits return material barrel, inferior barrel).
6. The bag drinking water depends on itself pressure to flow, no exsits the air pollution problem(barrel drinking water depends on air to flow).
7. Seal up is good(the barrel drinking water is difficult to seal up, because the total amount of germ fall over standard).
