Automatic 3 in 1 Monobloc Water Filling Machine
Mars CGF series mineral water filling machine and packaging machinery is a self-developed new product by our R&D department to meet the requirement of multi-usage demands for our customers. The mineral water filling machine is consisted of ringsing-filling-caping all together. It can fill mineral water, pure water and distill water etc. Lonhon QGF mineral water filling machine adpots the suspension design. It allows the machine to fill different type of the bottles. It is normally used as mineral water filling machine. However, it can also be used for fill PET bottle with fruit juice and tea at high temperature by simply change tha valve. It can be connected with our others machines to form the mineral water filling production line.
1) Feature
- The mineral water filling machine adpots advanced human-machine interface control. High quality international name brand key components
- Suspension bottle neck catcher structure allows the machine change the bottle type easily. By changing the valves, it also can be used as hot filling machine
- Spring type rinsing catcher can wash both inside and outside of the bottle
- High accuracy pressure water filling mechanism, ensure the height and quatity of the water filling
- Magnetic powered cap device ensures tightness and prevents damage of the caps
- Quiet, rotary cap unscrambler will not damage caps. Photoelectric sensor detect missing caps thus eliminating uncapped bottle spillage
- Built-in safeguard mechanism ensures the safety of operator and machine.
- High efficient air clean filter system ensures high sanitary requirements
- Low overall machine noise
- Self-lubricating system imported from America provides continuous smooth operation
