Plastic Bottle Handle Inserting Machine
The factory will put bottle handle on the bottle neck for the big volume bottled water, beverage or oil. It is much convenient for bring the bottles with bottle neck. but traditional handle press method by manual waste lots of labor power. The automatic bottle handle pressure machine solved this problem. It will finish handle dividing, taking and pressing automatically. The production efficiency is increased, labor cost saved.
Working procedure:
Manual put the unscrambled handles into the handle storage chute. Handles will be taken out by handle taking device in the bottom of the chute. then the handles will move to grabbing device by star-wheel. The grabbing device run along with the cam to send handle to the bottle neck and finish handle pressing work.
