Cup filler /filling and sealing machine
Automatic filling and sealing machine, use prefabfilm of cover, machine hand suck and put the cover, exactly quickly,wholesomely and unfailingly.Because the film of vocer is as big as the mouth of cup, so the product's appearance is more beautiful. Base on the demand, you can add the whole winding film heat-sealing two uses machine.
Filling:
The process consists of barrel, access valve, rotary valve and filling-quantitative tank. Filling consists of two groups of the filling heads and able to been synchronized filling. When the rotary valve rotate one side, the Filling-quantitative and the access valve are connect. First put stuff filling into the filling-quantitative tank with piston, then the filling-quantitative with piston controls and dosing-filling into the forming cups.
Putting seal-film:
The process consists of laded-film-rack and optical-membrane’s devices, they formed a whole. The optical-membrane adopts way stretch when it shifts and photoelectric-switch detects signal, push the corrective-device to lengthen a little the seal-film for achieve the purpose of correcting. (Equipped with UV sterilizer)
Sealing:
The process consists of the upper and lowers cylinder, seal-film-care, leader-pin-bushing and rack. When stopping forward-step, the lower-film go up, then the upper-shrink-wraps press down and keep a certain time for achieve optimal sealing effect. The temperature-control device adopts intelligent temperatue-control-table.General adjustable range 0-20degrees, accuracy up to +/- 1%.
