Automatic Can Filling and Seaming Machine
Automatic Can Filling and Seaming machine is the latest equipment which designed and produced on the basis of beverage without carbonate filling and machine set at home and aboard. It is high speed of filling,running steady,high quality seaming,pleasing shape,convenient for use and maintenance,touch screen operation,frequency control and the distance between liquid level and rim of can are consistent. It is ideal equipment for cannery.
It adopts isobaric filling principle, when empty cans arrive at lift salver through turn plate, filling valve and empty can align, empty can rise and seal, at the same time, filling valve open automatically. Filling stopped when filled liquid level plug up the air vent. The filled cans are sent to seaming assembly by hook chain, and lids are sent to the rim of can through lids descend assembly and pressure head at the same time. When salver assembly hoist, pressure head press on the lid, two rollers pre-seal and real seal the can respectively by seaming wheel. The sealed can is send to the conveyor belt under the effect of output plate. This is the whole process from filling to seaming.
