This equipment is composed of the body case, the intermediate shaft, the sieve plate,
the strainer, the guide rod, the air valve, the glass view mirror, the rubber tire and so on. All liquids contact parts, are made of the stainless steel material. There are two kinds of the body case: single section and the multi-section. And the internode is sealed by the rubber ring, which is convenient for washing and cleaning.
The diatomite filter has some obvious advantages as: saving energy 92%, reducing the liquor loss 90%, equipment cost saving 2/3 and reducing 3/4 workers. After filtered by the diatomite filter, the drink or the wine is asepsis, withort suspended matter and deposit, clarify with the flavor invariable.
Functions and effects:
This machine has been widely used in dealing with the wine, fruit wine, mild wine, rice wine, grape wine, water treatment and so on. The clarity can be to 99.8%, even can filter the colibacillus and the particulate below 1-0.1micron(contains microorganism).
