The machine is made up to FDA standard on imported advanced technology, with the filter material as high quality stainless steel (304,316L). It is of advantages of small size, lightweight, convenient usage, large filter area, low stop degree, fast filter speed, no pollution, good heat steady and chemical steady. It can filter most of the particles, so it is widely used in fine filter and sterilization process. The filter rube has 1 core, 3 cores, 5 cores, 7 cores, 9 cores, 11 cores, 13 cores, 15cores, and the folder filter core varies: 10 inches, 20 inches, 30 inches, and 40 inches. The filter core material varies: Teflon, nylon, polypropylene, and acetate fiber.
Diameter of filter let varies: 0.1 um,0.22um,0.45um,1um,3um,5um,10um, sparse river character (fit to gas)and water affinity (fit to liquid) filter core are choices according to demand.
The machine is stainless steel multiyear frame filter. It is fit for enclosed filter in liquids with concentration <=50%, low viscosity and little slag so as to meet precision filter and half-precision filter requirements like refining, sterilization and clarification. By directly using microporous membrane, material can achieve aseptic filtration without passing microporous membrane filter.
The filter has big filter area, big flow, and wide application scope. So it is widely used in pharmacy, chemical engineering and food industries. While used for filtering injection liquids in pharmaceutical factories, it has particularly good effects.

Adopting titanium powder sintered filter core, usually used for prefiltration or inter filtration. This filter core has high precision, high mechanical intensity and is high-temperature resistant and anti-corrosion, which is widely applied to medicine liquids decarburization and gas filter. It can also replace sand core filter that is commonly used on large liquid infusion production lines. The sheathing material of TL titanium rod filter of our company is made of SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel. After used by customers for years, it has been proved to have good effects and all its technical indices tally with pharmacopoeia stipulation and BMP medical standard.
