GJJ type laboratory high pressure homogenizer is homogeneous and emulsification equipment used to liquid material (liquid-liquid phase or liquid-solid phase) which viscosity is lower than 0.2 Pa. S and temperature is below 80 °C. Through the three piston reciprocating pump, this equipment sends material to homogeneous valve by high pressure form, making the material being homogenized and emulsified by the complex function of turbulence and shear when it through the tiny gap between the valve plate and valve seat.
Structure
The stator works in concert with rotor, the working head (the stator and rotor forging manufacturing) is claw type structure, double suction and the shear efficiency is high.
Intermittent high shear scattered homogenizer is a high-speed rotor rotation, forming high frequency and strong circumferential tangent speed, angular speed and other integrated kinetic energy efficiency. Under the role of the stator, the reasonable narrow gap between stator and rotor forms strong, reciprocating hydraulic shear, friction, centrifugal extrusion, flow collision and other comprehensive effect. Material cycles in the container the working process above, obtain the final product.

Characteristics
1. Because of its small size, only a very small amount of test samples for testing, so it is particularly suitable for various sample testing in experiments.
2. The working principles of GJJ-type laboratory high pressure homogenizer is exactly same to the high pressure homogenization pump which is used in our factory for production and experimental work, thus can use test results to judge the achievement in large scale production.
3. This machine is a two piston for reciprocating movement; all the surfaces that contact with materials are made by acid-resistant stainless steel. Its hygienic design is also reflected by its in situ cleaning using detergent and water.
Function
1. The normal working pressure is 0-80Mpa, the maximum is 100Mpa, the working ability is 30-60L/H, and the minimum amount of testing samples is 150ML.
2. Power supply: 3*380V, 50Hz;Motor power: 0.37-4 KW.
3. Crushing grain degree for high pressure 0.05-1um, low voltage 0.15-2um.
