Specification :
1. Hull :
The hull uses dismantle and box-like structure, which equipped with horizontal shifting devices, cutter ladder lifting devices, spud devices, deck crane and so on. It can also be equipped with anchoring poles and trolley devices. Generally, it has functions on dredging, conveying and discharging of mud or sand. It can produce certain amount of vacuum by the centrifugal pump.

Applicability this machine: To pass low bridge easily, the controlling room and rest room are dismountable. Connecting parts for cabin room and deck are easily dismounted joints.

The design, construction, quality inspection is according to the standards and regulations of CCS. The hull, machinery equipments and other spares are at the requirements of CCS. The hull is square, cross keel, which is full welding steel structure.
Quality Warranty :
Every cutter suction dredger is built by skilled workers and inspected strictly to assure the high quality and durability. Each finished dredger will be tested in our testing center to make sure it works smoothly when delivering to customers.
Will provide 12-months warranty for the quality of the main parts: Diesel engines, generators, gear boxes, dredge pumps, Hydraulic system.
1) 12 months manufacturing warranty on all new installed component parts.
2) 12 months warranty on hull and all fabricated parts.
3) Wearing parts are not included.
During the warranty period , We will provide free parts and on-site technical guidance . After the warranty period, We will provide free and on-site technical support quickly, if the ship-owner need. But if the dredger need replacement parts, the cost paid by the owner.
Delivery :
The cutter suction dredgers are detachable, so it is easy to transport when delivering or moving from one working site to another.
Training and installation :
Our experienced installers will arrive at the construction site to guide, teach and training your staff to debug and operate the dredger until they can operate skillfully by themselves.
Working theory :
The hull uses dismantle and box-like structure, which equipped with horizontal shifting devices, cutter ladder lifting devices, spud devices, deck crane and so on. It can also be equipped with anchoring poles and trolley devices. Generally, it has functions on dredging, conveying and discharging of mud or sand. It can produce certain amount of vacuum by the centrifugal pump.
The dredge pump is driven by the main diesel engine through the reducing gear box.
The alternator, which driven by the auxiliary diesel engine supplies electricity for power and lighting of the whole dredger.
Generator sets supplies electricity for lighting and emergency use when it doesn’t working.
Cutter head is driven by hydraulic motor; cutter bearing has lubrication seal-in units.
The dredger is moved by alternate swing of the spuds. The spuds are lifted by the hydraulic cylinder.
The shifting winches, cutter ladder and lifting winch are driven by the hydraulic motor.
The hydraulic oil pump is driven by the auxiliary diesel engine.
