YUANHUA Gold mining dredger
YUANHUA Gold mining dredger is a bucket dredger equipped with trommel screen,gold shaking sluice, gold sluice box and centrifugal concentrator etc , a series of Mine Selecting Equipment.
A bucket dredger is a stationary dredger that is equipped with a continuous chain of buckets, which are carried through a ladder . This ladder is mounted in a U-shaped pontoon. The drive of the bucket chain is on the upper side. During dredging, the dredger swings round the bow anchor by taking in or paying out the winches on board. The buckets are filled on the underside, are emptied on the upper side by tipping their contents into a chute along which the dredged material can slide into a trommel for sorting, then into concentrator and sluice box, finally get placer gold.

1. Design &Construction
The hull consists of a U-shaped pontoon with horizontal deck and bottom plates. The tumbler is mounted on the main gantry.
2. Dredging Depth
For a smaller bucket dredger the dredging depth is around 10 m. By adjusting the height of the mounting of the ladder on the ladder gantry or by lengthening the ladder, it is possible to dredge to a maximum depth of 35 m.
3.Dredged Soil
The influence of the soil to be dredged is seen in the power of the upper tumbler, the strength of the ladder, buckets and also in the bucket capacity and shape.Moreover rock buckets are cast and soft soil buckets are welded.
4. Main Drive
The drive of the bucket chain is a diesel with a direct belt drive, a diesel-electric drive or a diesel-hydraulic drive.
5. Gold Selecting Equipment
According to the materials to be selected, we recommend appropriate equipment as Chute, concentrator , jigger, amalgamator, flotation machine, shaker, vibrating screen,trommel screen etc.
6. Sieving and washing plant
Raw materials are fed into the trommel screen ,and be cleaned and seperated by the rotation of trommel screen and be washed by the fresh water, different size material would be seperated into different guide chute.
7. Fine sand recycling machine
Higher sand quality, recycled fine size 0.1-3mm sand,maximum fine sand recycling of 95%. Solve sedimentation tank cleaning issue, higher economical profit.
8. Painting
The steel on the dredger is to be shot-blasted, provided with a primer and given an adequate (with regard to lifetime and environmental conditions) paint treatment.
9. Detachable Structure
The dredgers are detachable, it is easy to transport when delivering or moving from one working site to
another.
10. Assembly & Staff Training on worksite.
Our experienced installers will arrive at the construction site to guide, teach and training your crews to debug and operate the dredger .
