1. Working load: Output/capacity of sand digging in one hour
2. Head: is the distance that the very specification, which to measure the performance of the dredging pump; exactly, it refers to the effective energy that the unit mass of fluid flowing to obtain
through the dredging pump in the very distance.
3. Discharge distance: which refers to the distance from the center of working site, to the
destination where you want the sand or mud conveys to.
4. Dredging depth: vertical distance from the water level to the depth where the sand or silt being dredged.

1) 12 months manufacturing warranty on all new installed component parts.

3) Wearing parts are not included.
During the warranty period , We will provide free parts and on-site technical guidance . After the warranty period, We will provide free and on-site technical support quickly, if the ship-owner need. But if the dredger need replacement parts, the cost paid by the owner.

Bucket Chain Sand Dredge can carry out the procedure of digging, filtering, washing and classifying at the same time and put out qualified clean sand and rock products which are perfect material for construction uses. It’s equipped with a series of bucket chains. The bucket chains move continuously on the bucket bridge driven by the upward guide roller. The buckets dig mud underwater and bring the mud above the water surface. Draw in or draw out the anchor cables forward, backward, leftwards or right words to move the hull to corresponding directions to continue the mud dredging work. The dredged mud is first elevated to the top of the bucket tower and then discharged from the mud flowing gutter.
