The HOP-95A screw oil expeller are advanced screw expeller pressing, characterized by their high oil output rate with good quality, simple design, easy to use and continuous operation. HOP-95A screw oil miller can be used to press various raw material, such as peanut, beans, rape and cotton seeds, sunflower, coconut, grass seed etc. Gearbox uses helical gears, making smooth transmission, and reduce operating noise.
Working principle of Hydraulic Automatic Sesame Seeds Oil Press Machine
HOP-95A screw oil miller utilizes the screw that us set-up with different styles of screws and rotates when machines is running to push the materials into chamber. Owing to the spiral helical pitch of screws becomes shorter and the spiral depth of screw. Becomes shallower, in the chamber the volumes between screws and pressing ring inner is smaller, pressure produced from curve saw-tooth of pressing ring inner, which oil is separated out. Oil releases from the gaps between bars and oil slots between pressing rings. Cookie releases from the cookie releases state.
