Applications & Features

The 32 series is designed for general-purposes suitable to a wide variety of plastic material press-works such as bending, flanging, sheet metal drawing, and also for straightening and press-fit in wide applications of plastic, rubber, electric-motor, automobile, ceramic ware, metal product, abrasive material, fireproof material, powder and metallurgy industries. If you intend to use it for blanking and punching, a buffer device should be ordered in addition to eliminate or mitigate compact and noise.

Loaded with a stand-alone hydraulic station and electrical cabinet, optional of three operating modes of adjust(inch), manual and semi-automatic.

Working pressure, speed and strokes of quick and slow descent can be regulated in the specified range to meet the required process. Providing two controls of preset stroke and preset pressure, if you choose the preset pressure, the press executes hold-pressure and delay, auto ram return after pressing action, and providing hold-pressure with motor run or motor stop as option.
