Application & Feature
Big working table and small capacity is integrated with hydraulic system, die temperature control, light curtains and sync action of several presses, a new type and practical press with best-performance. Nominal capacity: 500-10000KN
Computer optimized design, three beam four-column structure, simple, economical and practical; Hydraulic controlled elements adopts Cartridge Valves integrated systems, reliable action, long service life, small hydraulic impact, reducing the connection piping and leakage points; the machine with independent power and electric systems, and adopts PLC and centralized button control, can realized adjustment and semi-automatic operation. Electrical control system of an independent, reliable, intuitive movements, maintenance convenience. The pressure process can be scheduled and have two kinds of pressure forming process --- specified pressure forming and specified stroke forming be selected,in addition, the machine can realize pressure keeping and time delay requirements during pressing. Working pressure and slider stroke can be adjusted within the prescribed scope.
FAQ ABOUT HYDRAULIC PRESSES
Does welded beam easy deformation?
We treat it with tempering treatment to reduce internal stress.Besides, we also make casting beam.
What is the treating process of four column?
Four columns are made of 45# hot rolling round steel,then aligning,medium frequency hardening and chroming to ensure the precision,perpendicularity and glossiness.
The oil cylinder is important part,what if it broke?
We use forging cylinder which is forged by one 45# round steel,no welded.The broke rate is almost zero.
What about the electric system?
We use PLC electric control system with less line,easy maintenance and can programmable.
If part of the machine broke,does it easier to buy it in our country?
We can use customer appointed accessories if necessary.
Do you provide after service?
We provide technical service for life.
