Main features:
1. General introduction of wood log debarker machine :
a. Wood debarking machine use open silo, from one side feeds materials, from the other side discharge. The assembly line operation to overcome the existing peeling machine feed, discharge, storage shortcomings and with high efficiency.
b. Due to the impact of gear teeth on wood, the wood logs in the bin for circulating movement, so stripping efficiency is high. The peeling rate could reach 95%.
Wood debarker/Barking/peeler machine is suitable for large,medium and small paper mills, pulp mill, wood factory, wood processing plant, forestry factory, timber yard, artificial board factory (such as plywood plant, medium density fiberboard factory etc.).
2. Operation of wood log debarker machine :
a. Put the log and tree branches into the rotary drum,close the feeding baffle,then start the machine,with clockwise operation,the cutter will strip wood skin.
b. Fifteen minutes later,stop the machine,open discharging baffle, then start the machine and counterclockwise run two minutes,the peeled wood can be automatically sent out by roller.
