Chassis and Driving System
FOTON EIII chassis, with excellent loading ability, mature technology, good aftersales network and cost / performance.
The pumping power is separate, as reduce the rate of transmission defect, improve the transmission efficiency.
The oil pump has constant power, matched well with engine.
The connection of engine and pump is of Germany KTR 'Wrap-spring clutch', as assures the stable and efficient running of oil pump.
Pumping System
The mixing equipment is driven by low speed big torque hydraulic motor.. The mixing power is strong and assures “no accumulate” both sides.
The diameter of delivery cylinder is big and the scientific angle installation and hopper that the consistents with concrete flow regulation and “S” valve, as assures the good sunction.
The hopper structure is unique, as improves the rigidity and stability.. The span is long.
Innovative design of hard alloy tungsten wearing plate, wearing ring and incrustation art assures longer span of dozens of thousand concrete output.
The inner surface is of chrome technology, long duration.
The flow guide, seal and lubrication of conveying piston are good.
Electronic Control System
The electronic system uses Germany-made Siemens PLC programming controller, Schneider and the relay is from Japan-made Omron, which are strong in reliability and easy to operate.
Equipped with panel and wireless 2 operating device, easy to operate.
Many warning devices assure the safety working of the machine.
Little oil consumption control: The energy saving technology designed by our company ‘ own make the engine power matched with the pressure, as assures the oil consumption as low as possible.
Friendly Human-Machine Interface, humanized high,clear and precise Human-machine interface can access quickly to computer interface and you can quickly know the needed information.
Safety operation control technology: Efficient mistake-avoiding control design assures the system more liable, safer running.
Hydraulic System
The hydraulic system loop is open and the main pump can provides oil for main oil cylinder and Swing oil cylinder,as ensures the system to be simple, the component span longer, liability higher, the defect cause easier to be found and the system efficiency better.
The main components are from German Rexroth, and American Vickers. etc. The excellent quality assures the excellent efficiency, span, function and can work lastly for long time.
The main oil pump adopts the Electro Proportional Control System stepless variable organ and the operator can adjust the discharge of main oil pump.
