Process of making chalks:

1. Put the Slaked Lime into mixer, fill in the water to stir.

   The rate for the slaked lime and water is 1:1.

 2.The mold should be lubricated enough. 

    And should be lubricated for every cycle

 3. Each model has 80 spaces for the chalks , 6 minutes a circle.

 4. When the filling completed, the wet chalks should be take out from the model, then dry in the sun.

 5. The chalks should be packed by handwork.

 6.The shapes of chalks can be round, rectangle, or star shape. 

    The length of the chalk can be from 75mm-105mm.
