. Performance Index
1. The chamber uses the stainless steel, rewinder roll, unwinder roll, tension roll ,guide roll and filming roll;there are
   motors for the rewinder roll, unwinder roll and cooling roll; there are 3 sets of windows in the vacuum chamber side so as
   to easy for the detection; the chamber gate is installed on the trolley, and re-unwinder roll uses the expansion shaft to
   load the material.
2.Three sets of rectangle magnetron sputtering targets,there is the water cooling type strong magnetron band,could metalize
  at the same time, realize the fiber fully cover, with large power, high filming efficiency and good uniformity.

Rolling system :

 

Rolling system adopts 4 motors, 4 rollers constant tension rolling system so the tension control are much accurate. With the performance of high speed, high efficiency, complex expanding, inflation flattening , automatic back cantilever and none resistance guide roller, it’s suitable for various of plastic substrate.

 

Electronic Control System :

Electronic control system uses human-machine interface + Siemens Profibus netline control, either DC or AC vector constant tension winding control system. Winding technique software control the entire coating process, the various systems controlled through various sub-station centralized control, and monitoring equipment connected through the internet work or for data exchange.

Metallic Induction Style Metallizer :

Traditional resistive style rolling vacuum metallizer use resistive evaporation boats. With this traditional heating style , this kind metallizer has the shortage of little evaporation area, uneven evaporation, too much sputter etc.
