1. The “HONORSUN” TMR animal feed mixer grinder and mixerr with a blade auger is equipped with a unique loading system
Loading drum
The operator can easily choose the chopping length for each feed type. Feed with long fibers is chopped during the loading phase, while delicate materials such as maize silage or meal, are supplied into the tank for direct mixing, in order to retain the structure.
With a partition
If you need to chop a limited amount of material, the “HONORSUN” can be equipped with a loading drum without a chopper and with a very high loading speed.
The internal partition, which can be opened, allows to achieve the necessary chopping rate. The partition can be closed during loading of long-fiber materials in order to slow down the flow and chop them. When the partition is open, the short-fiber material or meal is delivered directly into the mixing tank.
With a chopper
The chopper, located inside the conveyor, can be connected and disconnected in accordance with the type of material loaded.
The units’ operation allows to achieve maximum chopping efficiency, also thanks to two speeds and two directions of rotation, which can be selected. Therefore, the loading drum function is optimized and fulfilled, and the different materials are treated properly before getting into the mixing tank.
The patented loading control system
The smart electronic device controls the material flow coming from the elevator, which ensures a balanced filling of the tank. Thanks to this smart decision, mixing time is cut by half.
