1.2The different between cassava flour and cassava starch:

<1>The key link of cassava powder is the full cassava powder cleaning.It is more important than cassava starch processing,

because there isn’t the cleaning and filtering after of cassava.Tapioca dedicated drum-type peeling washer.It removed mainly sediment and cassava which in the cassava surface.

<2>It is also different for crushing between tapioca and cassava starch.During the crushing,add no or add 

less water,and requirement fineness higher relatively.In order to prevent losing of nutrients,cassava
