River sand pump dredger with dredging pumps
1. River sand pump dredger application
1)Cutter Suction Dredger is flexible to most kinds of geologic structures and can be widely used in mineral digging, port(channel) dredging and reclamation works.
2) By absorbing advanced technology of Dutch and American related products, this series of dredgers show their characteristics of rational design, all hydraulic control, simple operation, little maintenance and strong power.
3)The capacity of KDTJ dredgers range from 100cbm/h to 1000cbm/h, the dredging depth from 1m to 25m and discharging distance from 500m to 3000m which can satisfy different work demands.
2. River sand pump dredger feature
1)The sand dredge is a kind of dismountable cutter suction dredger and non-propelled.
The hull consists of three pontoons.
2)The cutter is directly driven by one low speed hydraulic motor.
3)The two spuds are operated by means of a hydraulic ram.
4)Oil for the hydraulic system is supplied by vane pumps.
5)The dredge pump shall be driven by a diesel engine.
