Applications
The mixing barrel of the Mixing Processor moves in multi-direction. For the material, there is no centrifugal function, without the specific gravity segregation layer division or agglomeration. The mixing rate is up to 99.9%. The machine is an ideal mixer at present.
The barrel’s material output is big. Max can be up to 90% (the common mixer has only 40%). It is high in efficiency and short in mixing time.
The barrel uses curve connection. The barrel has passed the fine polish treatment. The machine is used for mixing the powder state and grain state materials with the high uniformity in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, light industries, electronic, mechanical, metallurgical, nation defense industries and other science, technology industries.
Features
The barrel for charging materials is driven by driving shaft. The barrel body carries on the repeated level movement, rotation, turning and other complex movements so that materials will carry out the three dimensional and complex movements along the barrel body so as to fulfill the various movements of material. Through the dissemination, gathering, adding other matter, the aim of uniform mixing can be reached.
