Q1. What is the advantage of your Asphalt Distributor?
We have two categories of Asphalt Distributors: Ordinary and Intelligent. Please take a look at our catalog to know the 10 advantages of the Ordinary type. The advantages of the Intelligent type: 1. The main accessories (asphalt pump, burner, control system) are imported; 2. Adjustable spray amount based on the viscosity of the medium; 3. Two sets of control systems (cab and back operating platform) and newly launched GPS remote control and diagnose system. (We also launched a Standard type at lower price and high spray effect in 2005)
Q2. What is the price of your Asphalt Distributor?
We have three kinds of Asphalt Distributors: Ordinary, Standard and Intelligent. Prices range from 10,000 to 1 million based on the type, capacity and configuration.
Q3. What is the difference between Intelligent Asphalt Distributor and Standard Asphalt Distributor?
A. Intelligent: The whole operation can be carried out in the cab; Standard: Manual operation.
B. Intelligent: Imported accessories (asphalt pump--Danish ROTAN, burner—Italian Riello, hydraulic pump –Germany Rexroth, temperature control system—Omron, computer control components—Siemens. The standard type also uses imported accessories.
C. Intelligent: heat transfer oil heating system, each nozzle is controlled by separate computer. Standard: asphalt pump+ heat transfer oil, one computer controls three nozzles.
Q4. What warranty coverage do I have?
Our Asphalt Distributor has one-year warranty. We will provide free accessories for exported products.
