The design principle of SFSP series hammer mill is high efficient and low maintenance cost . The advantage is widely application , high capacity , stable performance and easy to operate . the most important part is that it has beyond the limit of the old ones and has reduced the mesh size to 0.5mm which realize the high capacity in small mesh size and is suitable for nearly all kinds of raw material in crushing .
#1 High capacity and low cost ,
* The motor is quadrupole with high drive , equipping with big diameter and high precision rotor and rigid hammer .
* Design a re-crush room at the bottom to promote the raw material exchanging to increase the capacity .
* Adopt tooth plate impact structure to add the crushing effect and decrease the energy cost .
#2 Widely application and good performance ,
* It could grind neraly all kinds feed raw material . In the meanwhile , it is used to all kinds of raw material re-crush .
* It could meet the customized requirement of the customers based on the sieve diameter from 0.5mm to 10mm .
* After special processing to main rotor , it has two different clearance between the hammer and sieve . Making the grinding and micro-grinding and sufficient optimized hammer arrangement come true .
* After high-precision dynamic balance testing to the main rotor , the rotor and work forward and back forward to promise the super performance .
#3 Easy to control & maintenance and high efficiency ,
* The operation door is full-open and equipped slide so it is very easy to control and maintenance in a short time .
* It is equipped with elastic screen mesh pressure the sieve speedily .
* We adopt advanced installation method to meet the easy control .
* Adjustable hammer distance to meet the different requirement to grinding and micro-grinding . It is a all-in-one machine .
* It could be equipped with variable frequency type feeding device or belt type feeding device according to different raw material .
