Hongcheng Powder Making Machines is a kind of newly-designed roller-type mill, featuring in higher efficiency, lower power consumption and much better performance than traditional raymond mill.
This mill is widely used to grind any non-metallic minerals with Mohs hardness below 7 and moisture below 6%, such as limestone, calcite, activated carbon, talc, dolomite,
titanium dioxide, quartz, bauxite, marble, feldspar, barite, fluorite, gypsum, ilmenite, phosphorite, clay, graphite, kaolin, diabase, gangue, wollastonite, quick lime, silicon carbide, bentonite, manganese, petroleum coke, coal etc. The fineness can be adjusted from 0.18mm (80 mesh) to 0.022mm (600 mesh), whose range is much wider than that of traditional raymond mill.

The capacity above is for limestone powder (200mesh D97), and the specification is just for ref. The actual production depends on these materials being processed.

The model can be equipped with Hongcheng patented technology-the vertical pendulum structure and/or applied with Germany technology.

Easy replace the ring without tearing down. Multi-layer roller sealing structure, long working life, save maintenance costs.
Hongcheng HC-series, R series grinding mill production line consists of the feeding hopper, feeder, main mill(grinder), classifier, cyclone collector or pulse filter, pipes, fan blower, discharging valve and electric control cabinet.
Optional items: jaw crusher, bucket elevator, packing machines and silo. These support facilities are optional in the line, please contact Hongcheng sales if you'd like to take them together.
