LIDA 6-8 T/H Wood pellet biomass complete production line
Introduction：
1.Chipping Process
In the pellet plant before raw materials are made into biomass pellets, they are first reduced into much smaller, uniformly-sized particles. When the thick is larger than 10mm or the size is greater than 50*50mm, a chipper is needed to chip these materials into smaller pieces.
2.Grinding Process
The hammer mill is used to further crush these small pieces into particles of less than 3mm in diameter.
3.Drying Process
After raw materials are crushed a dryer is needed since most raw wood materials have a moisture content of about 50%. However, the optimal moisture content for pellet is 13%-15%. Therefore a rotary dryer is included in the pellet plant to reduce the moisture content. After crushing and drying you can begin making wood pellets.
4.Pelletizing Process
After crushing and drying the raw material properly it is then ready for the pellet mill.
The pelletizing machine or press is the key piece of machinery in the pellet plant.
It should be mentioned that impurities in the raw materials like metal or stone, may damage the die and rollers of pellet making machine.
- Capacity: 1t/h-1.5t/h, 2t/h-3t/h, 4t/h-6t/h, 6t/h-8t/h, 8t/h-10t/h or even more.

1. Q: Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
A: We are a manufacturer, who has over 50 years' history of manufacturing all kinds
of China-made woodworking machinery since 1960.
2.Q: What are pellets application ?
A: Pellets are made from fine dry biomass which was run through a pellet machine and
formed into small compressed pellets of different sizes.
Pellets can be used as animal feed, animal bedding or bio fuel.
3.Q: What’s size pellets for feed pellet and what’s the size for biomass pellet?
A:The length and diameter of the pellets vary according to the size of the die in the
pellet mill, which depend on your need .According our experience ,feeding pellet
diameter is 1.5-12mm,and biomass pellet diameter is 4-12mm.
4. Q: Can I make pellets out of a huge supply of wood chips?
A:Yes, but you will have to grind them down to sawdust form before feeding into the
pellet mill. And the moisture of sawdust should be about 13%.
5. Q:What is the machine Voltage ?
A:Our standard Voltage :380V 50HZ 3PH . We can also customize according to your
special requirements.(380V, 220V, 240V, 415V, 480V, and 50Hz, 60Hz)
6. Q:How do I go to your factory and office to visit your product and scale?
A:You can get a flight to YanTai Airport. Before coming , please inform us
by Tel or Email .We will arrange specialists to meet you at the airport.
7. Q: How long is your guarantee?
A: 1 year, which calculates from the machine arrived your side
8. Q:How to pay to you ?
A: (1) If you place new order at alibaba , all T/T ,Visa Card and E-checking are available.
(2) if not , L/C at sight and T/T are ok .
Both of payment ,We can accept 30% deposit , and 70% balance paid before
shipping .
9.Q: After purchasing your machine ,How will you guide us how to use?
A: (1)We will send English manual instruction with your machine .
(2) If still not understand its direction , our engineer instruct you by telephone or
skype face to face .
(3)If necessary , we will arrange our engineer to install pellet line to your place .
but at an extra cost payable by the customer.We are always ready to
support you,if you need help.
10. Q:How about the clearance documents after shipment?
A :After shipment, we will deliver them to you by express.
