Application:
SZLH series livestock and poultry pellet mill machine, equipped with one or two layer conditioner , with big capacity, long life and other characteristics, applicable to the general production of livestock and poultry feed.
Performance:
→ Adopts gear direct-connected motor, high efficiency;
→ Fully stainless steel feeder, varying pitch anti-block spiral blade, frequency control of motor speed;
→ Enlarge stainless steel conditioner, longer condition,ripening time;
→ Using steam inlet axial injection device, material with steam fully connection;steam anti overflow phenomenon;
→ Chamber adopt special casting technology, compact structure;
→ Main shaft use SKF bearing,oil seal adopt import brand, specific setting and lubricating oil return system to ensure reliable bearing lubrication;
→ Gear and gear shaft adopts carburizing and quenching, hard tooth surface gear grinding machining process, the transmission balance, low noise, long service life;
→ Ring die connected to the driving wheel with three quick-release type precision forging embrace hoop, ring die disassembly convenient and quickly;
→ Cover of door and chute both are made by stainless steel manufacturing, high anti-corrosion ability;
→ Motor and gear box adopts new snake-like spring coupling.
