Dry Powder Horizontal Ribbon Mixing Machine
Itis widely used in food processing, chemical industry. It can mix many kinds of material especially for the powder and granule which is with stick or cohesion character, or add a little liquid and paste material into powder and granule material.
This machine consists of two parts,feeding and stirring mixer.
1.The feeding part: the material feed in from the feed hopper, through the screw blade, to upgrade the material to the mixer to the mixer tank for mixing.
2. Mixing part: when the material feeds into the mixing tank, the outer ribbon make the material move from the sides to the center, and the inner ribbon moves the material from the center to the sides. So the material in the U-tank will get the complete mixing .
1 ton horizontal mixer
It uses 350 type gear reducer. The mixing motor adopts 7.5KW copper wire.The suooprt uses more upset box iron support. The bearing adopts double containment P12 bearing. The thickness of the helix is 8mm wear-resisting steel plate. All of these designs help to improve the applicability of the product and guarantee the production.

1. Horizontal tank body, covers small area
2. Bearing is on both ends of the mixer, the material is not easy to enter, repair rate is low.
3. Gear box drive the auger shaft, simple maintenance ,high efficiency,save both time and labour.
4. U- Shape tank bottom, easy operate, stir uniformly, no dead angle, better for material discharge and cleaning.
5. Screw conveyor feeds conveniently, inlet flushes with the ground, feeding saves energy and convenient.
6. The machine can be designed to cool or heat the powder inside .
7. Under the bottom or the sides of the tank , there is a flap dome valve (pneumatic control or manual control) of the center. The valve is arc design to make sure no material deposit and no dead angle when mixing .There is a lid and fence on the top of the tank, it seals the tank well, so that no powder will come out during mixing .
