Our designer will make a mock up once you provide the artwork of logo in ai ,eps or pdf format.
We can finish sample making within 3 days for our best selling styles with normal surface treatment,5-7 days for special surface treatments,7- 10days for other styles with special surface treatment or printing requests.
4. Small quantity handling (please check with us first before your order)
5. Delivery time is around 30days after sample approved.
6. We are responsible for any quality complains caused by us.

A: 3000pcs for metal pens , and 10,000pcs for plastic pens . But we can accept smaller quantities for several popular styles, or undergoing orders. Please contact us to know more.

A: 30% deposit,and balance before delivery if by air; balance by B/L copy if by sea.
