Product Application
BSG series crusher is a kind of high effcient mill designed and developed by my company.
This machine features compact structure,stable technical performance,wide application, which can be used in chemical industry,dye,food, and other industries.
Main properties:
This equipment consists of crushing chamber,suction device,discharge device,pulse dust catcher,blower,electrical cabnets,etc.
After crushing material discharge is under normal temperature, material's cell integrity is kept well.
Capacity is 2-3 times bigger than usual universal griner.
It has a very good effect for milling cassava flour and other flour.
Main Features
1) Simple structure ,easy in installation and maintenance.
2) Adopting advanced world famous brand motor ,electric parts,bearing and operation parts.
3) No dust during production, and dust can be collected in dust collecting box.
4)During production,temperature remains normal, will not get hot. So material's color and nature won't change.
5) Uniqe design, with same power consumption, it can achieve much bigger capacity
Crusher part
Unique design,crusher part won't get hot even though working for hours.
Color and nature of material won't change.
Change powder size by changing different mesh screen.
Uniq crusher design
Work method: with a fan in the crusher part, capacity is much bigger than traditional type, and temperature in the crusher chamber is better controled.
Cyclone part
(1) Cyclone can seperate dust from powder(granules)
(2) Rotary valve make powder discharge speed even
Rotary valve is also made of stainless steel
and to clean it and dismantle is convinient.
Pulse Dust Collecting box
(1) Dust is collected inside the dust collecting box.
(2} Inside box, there are many dust collecting bags and the bag frames are also made of stainless steel and can be disassembled easily.
(3) With pulse-jet cleaning, dust can be collected very conviniently.
