20TPD assembly line wheat flour mill machine:

Adopting the advanced process flow, the complete set of flour milling machineries have different configuration models with different throughput stretches from 20T/D to 200T/D. The whole assembly line consists of wheat cleaning, wheat peeling, wheat milling and packing parts.
The production line includes cleaning machine, peeling machine and flour milling machine.
1). Cleaning machine is to remove all dirt such as iron, stone, sand, soil, hull or others.
2). Peeling machine is to remove corn germ, remove root and black hilum then separate.
3). Flour milling machine is to grind peeled corn into fine maize flour. Customer can adjust the machine and change sieve size to control fineness of the flour.
1. This small flour mill plant is suitable for small scale flour production. It can be used for processing wheat, maize, sorghu, soybean and etc.
2. It includes automatic feeding and dual sieve. Process grain to flour.

Process Flow for wheat flour milling machine :
Impurities removal in the destoner or grader firstly and then the pure grain be transformed to the intensive dampener, after intensive and gentle dampening, the wheat will be peeled and crushed in the pulverizer.
After the flour extracting, the wheat will be milled further in the roller mills till get the super fine or first class flour. At the end of the procedure, the produced flour will be packed by the automatic packing machine.
