Features of Virgin Coconut Oil--VCO
High quality virgin coconut oil is as clear as water when the temperature is above 26℃,and with light coconut sweet smell and pleasant taste.
When the temperature is under 22 ℃,the oil will become into white solid form.The lower the temperature,the firmer the solid will become.

1st. Step of virgin coconut oil mill
Peeling epicarp -- complete line of virgin coconut oil mill, this machine is used to peel the green epicarp of the coconut fruit.
2nd. Step of virgin coconut oil mill
Dehulling mesocarp -- complete line of virgin coconut oil mill ,this machine is used to peel the fibre mesocarp of the coconut fruit.
3rd. Step of virgin coconut oil mill
Stripping endocarp ,this machine is used to strip the black hard endocarp of the coconut fruit.after this step,the meat is exposed.
4th Step of virgin coconut oil mill
Dewater for meat,in this step the coconut will be cut into two section,the water will be collected for other production,the meat will be taken out of the shell.
