Oil production line mainly include three parts: preparation, solvent extraction and refining plant.
1. Oil pretreatment plant
Cleaning: In order to obtain high effective cleaning, ensure good work condition and production stability.
Destoning: Used to remove impurities such as the proportion of larger stones after cleaning.
Crushing: In order to ensure flaking effect, oilseeds is generally broken up.
Softening: Uniformly 6~8 flakes and water distribute uniformly during softening, and flakes is thin
and burliness.
Puffing: If the size of raw material is very small, so it's not easy to press it. We will puff it and make it to small pellet.
Then it will absorb more solvent in the solvent extraction section. The more oil will be extracted out.
Drying: The water content of the extractor must be about 10%, so the dryer is used to adjust the water content in this step.
2. Oil extraction
refers to the process of extracting oil from materials after flaking or prepressing in pretreatment plant by means of solvent. Solvent always use a petroleum byproduct, usually Hexane. It is one of the most important oil plants in the entire oilseed processing. It can greatly improve the oil putput rate than oil press technology.
3. Oil Refinery
Oil refinery plant refers to a series of refining processes that can remove phospholipids, FFA, pigment, offflavor and other impurities in the oil. Thus, the oil from extraction plant can be human consumer goods, which will be healthy and nutritious. It include sedimentation/ filtering, neutralization( removing free fatty acid), degumming,
decolorization(bleaching), deodorization, dewax ec. Defferent combination of steps and the treating degree of each step result in different grade cooking oil and salad oil.
