The Horizontal Ribbon Mixer consist of U-Shape tank, spiral and drive parts. The spiral is dual structure. Outer spiral make the material move from the sides to the center of the tank and the inner screw conveyor the material from the center to the sides to get the convective mixing. Our TDL series Ribbon Mixer can mix many kinds material especially for the powder and granular which with stick or cohesion character, or add a little liquid a paste material into powder and granular material. The mixture effect is high. The cover of the tank can be made as open in order to clean and change parts easily.

Main features of ribbon mixer:
1. This mixer wide application for mixing material, for the paste mixing even; keep granule mixing intact.
2. Material proportion different1:1000~5000 perfectly mixing.
3. The discon-nexion ribbon of the mixer can make the material mixed with more high speed and uniformity in short time.
4. This mixer also can be designed with the function to keep cold or heat. Add one layer outside the tank and put into medium into the interlayer to get the mixing material cold or heat. Usually use water for cool and hot steam or use electrical for heat.

Principle of working:
TDL horizontal ribbon mixer consists of a mixing storage, helix blades and transmission parts. There is two tiers or three tiers of ribbon blender axis in the mixing container. The principle of working as below:
1.The outer helix will move the material from its two sides to the central part,
2. The inner helix will transfer the material to the two sides, performing convection mixing.
3. There is discharge exit on the centre of the u container bottom of mixer; The outer helix match with main helix make the materials to center exit discharging; it make u container no leftover in u container.
